Heading to Carson City this morning for a long awaited eye appointment, the weather forecast has changed from mild to 55 mph winds. Packed extra food, water, clothes and blankets in case I get stuck behind an overturned truck or some other disaster on the road. Bare knuckle driving on the way back, but no appointments available until January. Oh, and it might be raining.
