After three months the skid marks would be an inch thick, you’d never get it into that little washing machine then you would have no use for a clothesline to dry it.
Clotheslines are want of avian targets of opportunity. Maybe those fowl may test the antimicrobial properties of said skivvies but I doubt Mr. Saji’s washing machine can handle that load.
Originally, clothes line bans were to discriminate against people who could not afford dryers. Clothes lines became an ‘eyesore’, unfashionable, etc. Think of a picky HOA setting silly rules to make sure the neighborhood ‘looked upper class’.
This RBION ties well together, wash the British Army underwear in that washing machine then hang dry. I hope it is the only thing you have to wash otherwise it’s going to be a very long day.

And if you turn in underwear inside out and wear it backwards you can get an additional 2 months.

As I knelt down with a pair of size 4 shoes in front of this blonde in a short skirt, I couldn’t resist a quick glance at her undies:
“Hey cheeky!” she said as she gave me a playful kick, “I bet the only reason you work here is to look up girls’ skirts, isn’t it?”
“That’s an absolutely ridiculous accusation, madam.” I said sternly. “I don’t work here!”

What’s the point of inventing a tiny washing machine that you can’t even wash one pair of underwear in?

Shorts don’t have to be anti-microbial to wear them for three months, but they are called shorts for a reason. Wear for much shorter time.
