That reminds me: I should get whipped cream. I don’t have pumpkin pie but that’s not going to stop me!

I’ve never seen whipped cream in tubs. It always comes in a can. Tubs of “whipped cream” are actually Cool Whip, which isn’t cream at all.

What he means, is that should be enough for him.

I am with that. As a German, the concept of Cool Whip, cheese in a plastic bottle, or bacon bits are very strange to me.

Cool Whip is not cool. When it comes to clogging my arteries I prefer the real stuff.

I get my whip cream at Costco. They sell it in 4 cans which is perfect for Pumpkin pie

Those must be some really old whip cream. It’s been 20 years since I saw it in a tub.

The man knows how to eat his pumpkin pie, that’s for sure. Two tubs is enough for him, but what about for the rest of the family?……

Brutus is a kindred spirit. I like lots of Cool Whip, too. That being said, nothing can ever truly replace my mother’s whipped cream. It was delicious.

i haven’t seen whipped cream in a can for years and years. japan decided that some ingredient was dangerous, so it’s not sold here. you just have to smile when products that millions of people elsewhere consume with no apparent ill effects (heinz pickles, for another example) are deemed too dangerous here… ☺
