I remember my mom putting clothing items in the freezer to get the gum out. Never underwear, but a shirt or two. I can’t recall how well it worked, or didn’t work. Must not have worked too well. I remember gum in my sister’s hair – but mom didn’t stick her head in the freezer.

Hopefully she saved the gum for you

That works better with just an ice cube, works for egg yolk too. Thanks Heloise.

Aren’t you glad that you were not wearing them when that happened?

Were they new? Old? Marked?
C’mon, we have to know their condition to assess the tragedy properly.

This would add to the aroma and flavour of other foods saved in the freezer.

Broken, but it doesn’t matter anymore. They’re in the trash.

I may be rich and important, but I put my underwear on just like everyone else. One half at a time.

My Mother hung clothes on the clothesline when I was young, and once in a while they did freeze stiff as a board!
