If CO2 and CH4 emissions aren’t sufficiently curtailed in remaining time to avoid exceeding >1.5C increase, human life will have an identical chance of surviving in an overheated ocean as all but perhaps some microbial life forms: ZERO.

The problem with air pollution is that it eventually will pollute the water when it rains and gills will not help the fish to survive.
