I’ve been to Tuscaloosa 3 decades ago. If that town is any bit typical for US cities there’s no place, where you can run on foot for a mile. There were curbs but no footpaths

My son is taking that medication because he is diabetic. Losing that weight had encouraged him to exercise and stay a little closer to a healthy diet.
