I have a coworker that decided to quiet quit because he wasn’t getting the pay he felt he deserved. In October, we got performance reviews that are mostly based on how the store is doing and he got at least as much as he wanted. So he started actually working again. That lasted about 2 weeks before he went back to his old ways
