Good one. I occasionally treat myself to a can of clam chowder. I gussy it up with a couple of dashes of hot sauce and a pat of butter.

New England clam chowder is the way to go.

Manhattan clam chowder, A.K.A Northeastern gumbo. I’d worry if it tasted more like the Bronx.
