During the pandemic when mortgage rates crashed, I was looking to buy a home. One of the places I visited just happened to be in a rainstorm, which are infrequent in SoCal. When I opened the front door, the seller’s realtor was standing in the middle of the house next to a bucket with rainwater dripping into it. I still bid on the house. The market was so crazy, that not only did someone outbid me, but they agreed to the seller’s condition to waive all inspections, which I was in no way willing to do.

No termites in my part of the continent, thankfully. Just rot and mildew from lots of rain.

This makes me wonder what damage the couch, bookcase, and picture are concealing on the walls behind them.

Haha! It’s funny because there’s actually a wormhole to another dimension problem.

Bleeb invited his bug buddies over for a party, and as usual… they destroyed the place!

Either it’s termites or it’s a ’70s SuperLux shag.

Tear it down and start all over. But in doing so, you will spread the termites all over the neighborhood.

Next someone will be trying to sell sink hole insurance so our clogged kitchen sinks and uncovered bathroom sinks will have ‘better’ coverage.
