There was a news story some years ago about a 17-year-old girl who wanted to get her ears pierced, but her mother would not give permission. However, it was legal for her to get her babies ears pierced because she gave permission.
Everybody on the social sites is panicking over a nine year old with an American flag tat on her shoulder. Like a lot of places, all it requires there is permission from the parental units.
