Oh, I’ve always known about Bastille Day. Lucky me, my family is half German and half English and I was born on Bastille Day! Die Schande!

The Guillotine turned out to be a useful tool to aid in that reconciliation.

It’s a little known fact that, under the French constitution, all citizens have the right to bear guillotines … it’s a hassle concealing them, though …
