Actually, once out of office he and the original George Bush, who had a lot more money than Clinton had, went around together trying to pan-handle the rich for good causes. George Soros tends to spend his own money to support what he says he believes in, democracy, but hey, they were a neat advertisement for attempting to increase good works as a proper hobby. So, maybe if Riley wrote to him, maybe he would help Riley to join them. All Riley really wants is to not be bored, right? So success through doing good things works, he will go for it.
