Good morning, tribeandall! I’m not fully awake yet. My hubby needed to pick up parts from the painter this morning, so he got to come home last night. He also didn’t need to be there in the middle-of-the-night like he usually has to for work, so I guess he thought he ought to wake me up when he was getting ready. Yawn! Anyone knows which is the prey and which one is the preyed upon when it comes to snakes & jackrabbits? He noticed a couple playing with each other in our driveway this morning. Too far away from the house for me to see what type of snake, but took a picture with my zoom lens. Now that I’ve downloaded and zoomed in closer, I think it is a copperhead.

Grog - Yeah, we’re not fond of snakes here, either. I would be armed if I got anywhere near it. I don’t mind too much being in a vehicle and looking out the window at one - especially if I think it’s dead. These aren’t big enough snakes to strike that high.

rmom I know your house is smaller in comparison. How is the siding going? My mom thinks where in for another storm. But where my mom lives diaginal from her there is a retired bach. build a new home alined with a hugh shop one can put an RV, boat several cars in. He will be putting in show cars. His yard is big enough to hold all this and cut his mowing down. Has kept her interest going since he has been building this new home a hugh shop. A man’s dream come true. His home is a one bedroom type and all will be small compared to the shop.

Carmy, there is something you must attend to @ Birdbrains. Thom would give you a little something.

I like the Sox and the Cubs, Grog. I’ve been more of a Cubs fan over the years though. But neither is playing well this year, so………………………………

James and I went to the Sox game, Sunday. That was a very good time with my son!

I agree Lonewolf. It is nice to be able to share and treasure moments like going to baseball games with your son. I’m glad that both of you had a wonderful time. :-)

Doctor Toon, I know your not here tonight, but I have to say this while I still remember, since it’s in reference to a few of your posts last night.

The only thing I own that even resembles rap is Aerosmith’s Walk This Way. Fortunately it came with other songs like Same Old Song And Dance, Dream On, Back In the Saddle, Kings and Queens & Remember (Walking In the Sand - a cover over the Shangri-Las 60’s hit).

A Greatest hits CD I bought a few years ago has the Run D.M.C. which I will always skip over and never record into my own collection.

There are other styles of music I do like, but I’m most partial to some R-O-C-K in the U.S.A.

I just had to clarify, ♠Lonewolf♠ You know, there are Mets fans, Yankees fans, Giants fans, Jets fans but rarely do you find people who will support both (or all) teams.

Grog, If it is Cubs vs Sox, I lean towards the Cubs wholeheartedly! I lost today of course! LOL

I wish that I could have been there Lonewolf to see the parade and rally.

I got to watch some of it on the TV and have been locating videos on line. I wish I could have gone there in person. :^(

Lonewolf I felt the same way when The Anaheim Mighty Ducks won their first Stanley Cup.

Ladywolf, I’ve been to sports parades and rallies before. I was at 4 of the 6 Chicago Bulls Championship parades and stayed way into the night for all of the festivities. I was at a Pittsburgh Steelers parade and Pirates baseball parade. But I have been a hockey fan for as long as I can remember! I’ve been to many games though, so it’s not too disheartening.

I’ve been to one hockey game and several Baseball games. I would like to see a pro NFL football game in person.

Ladywolf - Football games are a lot of fun but I honestly prefer the tail gate parties during the game as opposed to being ing the stadium. That might be due to the fact that I can’t see paying high prices for the really good tickets. But I don’t turn down good ticket offers either!

I’m playing a relaxing game of Solitaire, and occasionally stop to check the comment posts.

I’m watching Ghost Adventures. I missed Whale Wars the first time, but I’ll catch it the second go around.

Done with Solitaire. I lost to many times. I’ve also been reading a little bit of the Comic Sherpa strips.

Well hello and late night to all before I go to bed. On another strip. I mentioned, cause on Heathcliff on his food allergies, that I have one of the worst type for females, mine is chocolate I have to be careful. Effects my nerves where I can’t sleep and I break out in a rash used to be my arms now my face. Someone brought up about Carob. No caffeine like chocolate. I might have to see about this hope has nuts. My sister can’t have acids in anything and no chocolate. I will bring this up to her see if her Dr. says that’s okay. She drinks a lot of water and acid free coffee. So Doc Toon she can’t have your Nuclear coffee. And I wonder if that’s what also keeps me up and I don’t drink coffee.
