Heart: I don't get it, Mom...why do we have to collect up old metal and rubber for the World War II soldiers? Mom: Well, during war times, we need a lot of this stuff to make tanks and airplanes and other things the soldiers must have to fight... Mom...and sometimes the need outpaces the available materials. That's when the people pitch in...and so we're doing our part by going to this scrap drive. Every little bit helps! Heart: Well, I hope the boys over-seas appreciate the little Hernia I'm getting from hauling this junk! Mom: Ah, the price of liberty.
