Roger: Keep looking. There must be something grape in that kitchen. Peter: Just so we're clear, it will be illegal for you to serve me this, right? Roger: Turn up the hair-dryer. These popsicles are melting too slowly.

Depends on local laws, Peter. I know that around here, there is no minimum age, as long as the person drinking has the supervision and permission of their parents, while in the parent’s home.
