I used to be told about the starving kids in (xxxxxx), and that I should feel lucky to have the food I had. One time I told my grandmother that I wanted to take the food down to the ship and send it to the starving kids. Oh my! What a wrong thing to say. I didn’t know grandmothers would do that to a child.
As a kid I would sneak into the kitchen and swipe a carrot or other yet uncooked veggies because they seemed to taste a whole lot better than when they were over cooked into a mass of mush and without seasoning. “Come back here young man. That’s not cooked yet and not good for you”, she would call out.
I don’t blame her, as it was a lifestyle cooking handed down through the generations. Aside from that, she was a wonderful mother.
A sudden change in my health a few months ago caused me to be more selective in my diet which now is 90% raw vegetables, 5% raw fruit and 5% cabohydrates. As a result, not only am I enjoying my meals more, but along having lost 15# also have the vitality I experienced over 20 years ago. Not too bad for an old geezer!

I’m surprised you don’t try to eat that as well.

My mother was such a good cook, I wanted to send my whole meal to (you name the location).
How’s that for a diet?

Then he might try to eat the utensils and the dishes the food came in.

Try eating with chopsticks. That should help slow you down so you’re satisfied before you eat everything.

It is hard to cut steak with chopsticks.

Yeah. That sounds great. Intentionally WASTING FOOD WHILE 20,000 CHILDREN A DAY STARVE TO DEATH.
Another SFBL idea by some knothead!
Try some actual PHYSICAL ACTIVITY and cut back on the GLUTTONY!!
