Peter: Oh, and fill it with coffee. Boy: That's $1.97. Peter: Here's $2. Keep the change. Of course it's obnoxious-that's why I tipped him.

Definitely pennies being thrown. He asked for it that way because the barista may not have known what a regular cup of coffee was. Lol

Seems like Peter went into a Starbucks since he said a Venti Skinny. So no plain ‘coffee’ on the menu.
