This just isn’t right. And yes, there are children here waiting for adoption. Unfortuately potential parents face almost as bad a struggle to adopt in the US as they do overseas. Something needs to be done to streamline the system. Kids are the ones who are suffering here.

It is obviously a big problem unless you have huge resourses and connections (like Madonna).
