this cartoon is 7 or 8 years old, there’s not going to be any American Samoa quarters in there! (alhough if there were, they’d be really valuable, being pre-mint and all that… or else they’d be fraudulent!)

These kids can’t go to a bank? They have a machine that counts them for you, and then the teller gives you cash.

Some banks charge for the use of those coin counting machines. Also, some banks only take rolled coins.
