Unfortunately some girls never grow out of this phase. Though, speaking from personal experience, being plain looking sometimes doesn’t get you a much better reaction. I suppose some girls AND boys never grow out of anything period.
I knew so many of them in Jr. high and high school!
I wonder if the “new” girl is Candy (reappearing in the strip). I don’t remember this from the initial run of the strip.
If she’s all that, Jeri will gravitate towards her like iron to a magnet.
This is why I know that we’ll all automatically go to heaven. We’ve already went through hell in high school…
