it is MY opinion, that the holiday displays should be made legal only from the following time periods:
Thanksgiving - Monday after labour day, until the 2nd Monday of October
Halloween - Oct. 1 - Oct. 31
Remembrance Day - Nov. 1-Nov 11
and only on Nov. 12 can stores legally start putting up Christmas Decorations and start playing music, and ALL display and music have to come down no later then the 2nd Monday of January
