Ever notice how nobody even knows whether Upper Management is at work or gone (even for weeks at a time). But let the Janitor take a day off and any workplace falls apart. Our economy is so bass-ackwards. Let’s pay people for the value of their what they do. Janitors should earn at least 10 times more than CEOs!
