    JFri & DawnAvril, I am a Canadian as well, however I did read Emet’s comment as written: “Hope you HAD…” -passed tense.

    Hmmm; isn’t holiday derived from holy day, and wouldn’t a shabbat (or Sabbath for us heathens) be considered a holy day in many religions? It’s *so* hard to keep up!
