“Refugee from the Broadway cast of ‘The Lion King’ ” was my first thought.

Suggestion to Dean: try pulling from a movie that’s already been released.

“Halloween costume” and “comic-con geek fest” are pretty much the same, these days.

I’m going dressed as “Aquatina, Queen Of The Sea”. She’s a female parody of “Aquaman” and “Aquagirl”.

Umm… Aquatina would be a Princess, wouldn’t she? Seeing as Aquaman is still alive and all? Still, Dean’s costumes are getting more and more complicated. What’s next, a Mon Calimari?

Actaully Aquaman (as you’d know him) is currently quite dead and has been for a few years…he is currently “undead” as the Blackest Night storyline goes on in the DC Comic Universe we’ll see how that shakes out in the end as that storyline isn’t even at the 1/2 way point yet. (How’s that for geekdom?)

M S > If Marvel is anything to go by, DC won’t let him stay dead, or undead, for that matter for long. There’s bound to be another Crisis on Infinite Secret Invasions. As for Dean, maybe he ought to try the centaur from the first Narnia movie. Or is he scared people will actually recognise it ?

The answer is both, Heart.

If he wants complicated, Dean should go as Davy Jones. Next week I do security for an anime con in Michigan - Youmacon…. talk about complicated costuming!

Halloween is just another excuse to pull out our con costumes and wear them again. Can’t go around dressed like that and showing off our work every day of the year, y’know.

Why can’t it be both, Heart?
