Interesting …. when you look at Burl and Joy’s house from the front, it is a 1000 SF ranch cracker box. The rear of the neighborh’s house looks like he has a rear entry 2 or 3 car garage.
What in the world was the neighbor thinking when he bought a house that big next to a house that couldn’t be valued at more than 25% as much.
Economists would call that the “principle of regression”. The value of your house is lessened being next to a house that is of substantially less value.
