Ashton Kutcher is a celebrity who has a show called “Punk’d.” Kind of like a modern day Candid Camera where he pulls pranks on people - usually other celebrities.

For those of you who don’t do TV (like yours truly) Ashton Kutcher is a TV actor and the much-younger husband of Demi Moore.
perhaps this would be better understood by us old folks if the line were to be: “are you really this dumb, or is allen funt behind the modesty drape?”
