Oh, so everybody in the ochestra is going to be involved again, and then hopefully some member of the orchestra will save Dick.

ahem not to sound like a prude or anything (I do attend symphony concerts) but the ‘First Violinist’ for an orchestra is usually called the ‘Concert Master’. Locher could have found this out by simply Googling…

Oh that’s right, we’re in the 50’s, before ‘Google’

Yes! Because Tracy’s going to be there for the next several months!

I can’t make anything out of “Jack Cobb.” Why does the Concert Master, of all people, not have a name that means something, like Fee Fi or Barb Ells? It looks like he’s going to be an important person in this plot, after all. Maybe it’s a typo. Maybe there should be two “f”s at the end of the name rather than two “b”s.

Maybe he has a brother, E. Sow, and he needs to be warned about a really hairy situation that’s developing.

    Jack Cobb, the Concert Master…

Sounds like it’s going to be A Corny Concerto.

(If you’ve never seen the WB cartoon by that name, go to YouTube and do so. Now.)

How many members of this orchestra? I’m just trying to figure how long this one’s going to take at one day per performer plus one day per performer for Tracy to say one word, plus at least 20 days for the maestros kid to build up the suspenders for what the heck he’s doing…

I’ll be back around March to see if Tracy’s made it to the concert yet…

I don’t know which is worse, the Dick Tracy comic strip or the 2009 Chicago Bears.

Other than “Jack Cobb”, NAMES seem to be in short supply as high (Gobal Warming) temperatures are in Texas. What with all their snowfall.

Seems like at a full month IN (near end December) Locher still hasn’t “worked out” what they his names should be. Why does that remind me of a character he and M.K. had back in ‘95 called - “Fuzz E.Brain”?

Then, we already have B.O.Plenty, how about helping him out with G.E.L.Plenty for the Maestro ?

margueritem (or is it now ”merrymarg”?),

Some early “sample” pencil work for what will be called the “Major Crime Squad” is up on the D.T.Yahoo board “files section” now. It’s worth seeing ! And I believe you are a “member” under a different name. You need to be a member to see the section.

The art is electrifying ! The compositions of figures lend to a welcome feel of vibrant action/movement and away from the stiff Easter Island rock stature presentations we currently “enjoy” **;)

Sydney Phillips, it’s ‘merrymarg’ until Christmas. Alas, ‘tis not I on the D. T. Yahoo board, so I’m unable to see the sketches…..

Things don’t bode well for the violinist… or maybe their good friends and he thinks he should know about the maestro’s missing son.
