As for Dr. Fine, if he sensed that Lila was interested in him (and being that good looking I’m sure lots of women have given him the eye) he should’ve been honest with her a long time ago. I hope she will continue to visit Annie though, in spite of all this.
I still maintain that Lila is not a “hag.” Hags spend their time excusively with gays at gay hangouts because they feel they cannot function/compete/feel attractive in a straight environment. Lila just happens to have a gay friend. She spends her time in straight bars trying to attract straight men. If anything, Boyd is the one who has been at a disadvantage because he always seems to be with Lila at a straight bar…
