Fast carbs aren’t always bad carbs, Night-G. Think about milk and fruit. Those fast carbs give quick “energy” to the body, so they do give something. It’s when you eat too much it becomes fat. But that goes for anything. Eat too many veggies (tough), you’ll get fat if you don’t burn off the excess calories. The slow carbs have “fiber”, which is NOT absorbed – but does a bunch of good stuff. Couldn’t help it, had to respond! Going into nursing but may go on to dietician ;)
