Happy Monday to all. So far it looks like the meanness has not carried over into the new day, and for that I am grateful.

I have never seen a purple cat, and he sure is ugly. Hard to tell for sure, but it looks like the mouse is still in the cat’s hand/paw. I wonder what will happen to him. Maybe he will start a mouse family on the Green Ship. Or maybe he is destined be a snack. Time to bring in the Air Force along with Nate and Raymond and Louie to rescue the little rodent.

Eventually they should work out a deal where if the cat leaves the mice alone, he can have all the vegetable garden raiding rabbits he wants…

I can’t look…….is the poor little mouse going to ba a snack? No, MoParMitch, it looks like the meanness has shown up in the comic!

MoPar - My aunt had an cat, who’s fur was a light lilac colouration …. she was a very pretty cat.

I forget- Why is he called a Green cat when he is purple and spotted?

hi shika (and Hi Crew, too). he’s the green ship cat, not the green cat. (either that or the colourists aren’t bothering to read the strip to get the colour correct.)

In real life, cats and rabbits aren’t that different in size either. I once let a kitty of mine look at a rabbit. She checked it out for a bit and then hid her face in my arms. Cute! I think she was thinking that it was just too big of a rodent to take on.

At my house cats and rabbits get along just fine. I don’t think a mouse would have a chance though!
