princepavel-I think whatchermacallit was Galactus, destroyer of worlds. Silver surfer was his herald.

The Silver Surfer was the herald of Galactus, eater of worlds. (Motto: I can destroy you with as little care as you stepping on an ant. ) It was Ted’s friend, The Watcher, who broke his non interference policy to warn Earth, via The Fantastic Four. I guess he kinda liked us.
