Ah, the very conversation I had with my sons yesterday. And today, come to think of it.

Lobster, jalapeno, and broccoli quiche, home fries, fresh-squeezed blueberry juice, and hardwood-smoked bacon from Plyler’s Buffet in Brookville, PA.

I love my regular breakfast- either a 1/2 grapefruit first thing or fresh-squeezed lime juice, then one of my healthy breakfast bars with plain Greek yogurt and at least 3 or 4 kinds of fruit all chopped small (today had 1/2 banana, small peach, 4 strawberries and a good slice of pineapple). I love cooking my own food!

For breakfast? I’d rather have KFC.

OMG, nearly lunchtime and all those brekkie ideas have me DROOLING!! With an infinite stomach capacity, I’d go with french toast, all buttered and syrupy; side of crispy bacon; eggs benedict with gloriously smoked salmon; HOT, fresh coffee; finish with a fresh, seasonal fruit salad and natural yoghurt…. ah, so hungry.

Oatmeal with raisins – very pedestrian of me, I know, but I love it.
