(Rex Morgan) Dex is remorseful. But his comments today don’t sound like a guy with dementia – he seems very aware of what went on. I wonder how Berna & June are doing with the lunching & car shopping.

(Judge Parker) Corporate politics can be nasty sometimes – esp. if the person with the power is nasty.
(Apt. 3-G) Is Iris going somewhere? (re-read 5/27 about her “gypsy lifestyle”). is this strip going somewhere?
(FoxTrot). I think “me fue bien” means something like “I did well” in Spanish and is used as the translation for “aced,” as in “I aced the test.”
(Phantom) The kid is getting wise about P’s immortality. Maybe he will take him to the deep woods and have Guran give him something to make him forget. He has done this before.
Foxtrot – Does domine mean dominated? Is that a good translation for “on top of”? There must be some slang expressions or idioms in Spanish.A3G – Sounds like Iris is basically homeless and is pushing herself on someone she barely knows by saying she wants to help.Rex- I thought we’d get a little “doctor talk” on the aging process.JP- Maybe there’s an opening to show her how she can make amends.MW – “We need to talk” is often a bad sign. Is the surprise party Lisa’s way to avoid the talk? I hope she doesn’t turn it into an engagement party.
Judge Parker: I wonder if the story about the main book agent getting hit by a bus is phony. Nobody seemed very upset by her death. The judge was warned about her because she was known for seducing the writers she represented. Her assistant took the judge up the secret stairway to the roof. Maybe this suicide scene has been staged as part of a plot to get the judge to stray.
