HAHAHAHA! I Don’t know if it’s a typo or what, but Billy is having a conversation with himself. In the first panel I bet the line is suppose to go to Cow’s head

Has Billy developed a thyroid condition (re the eyes in the second panel)?

Oh my! Who is that ‘bug eyed boy’ in the 2nd panel?Surly not Billy?

It is Surly Billy, didn’t you see what he said in the last panel?;-)

Are there books available of Cow and Boy, frompast years? Anybody know.

Just the one that I know of, it’s pretty epic.

This strip “proves” that Cow can talk to people, if she chooses — Much like Mister Ed and Wilbur.

The strip might be funnier if the text in the first panel actually pointed at cow, and not Billy.
