perhaps he isn’t the carrot-eating type…what this vaguely reminds me of is, well…fifty years ago, a guy named maxwell maltz wrote a self-help book called “psycho-cybernetics”.a few years later a guy named l. ron hubbard built a cult on another self-help program he created called “dianetics”.perhaps there is a bit of these in jacrabbit’s program, as well…
I thought I remembered Jake from somewhere so I went back to re-read the Al and Gustine arc. He caused a lot of trouble in the sub-arc starting 9/30/10 but I have to go to work and can’t see what happened to him. I have a feeling Security is watching this all, too.

I still think we’re going to see a Nazi type movement. Humans = impure and should be eliminated. Josh, we all choose our own path toward death. Don’t judge. It just makes you look self-righteous.
To the person who said that no one from the first endtown season one would not be in season two? If i was a betting man. I would win this bet. HAHAHA!!!!!!!!
If this program is anything like EST, do not assume Holly and Wally will be wise enough to not be taken in by it. It’s brainwashing, pure and complex. My stepmother got hooked by EST and I’d thought she was too savvy to be. Fortunately she got away from it, but it was upsetting to see her go through that delusional wish-fulfillment fantasy “program”. I couldn’t trust her judgment after that. That’s how they work. They latch onto wishes and hope and promise and string you along until you finally realize the con, and by that time they have your money and your signature that you entered of your own “free will”. And you leave with your will compromised and broken by lies and psychological manipulation. It’s insidious. It doesn’t just trap individuals. To my horror, few years after the experience with my stepmother, the company I as working at introduced an EST-like personality-based program to improve working relationships. I knew it was all hogwash, but management was enthusiastic. I resisted, of course, and I think it may have contributed to my being fired later. If you don’t get with the program, there’s something “wrong” with you and your personality. Your personality has to be fixed. They convince people that the program can fix them and then they neuter them.Holly and Wally, along with everyone else, are psychologically damaged. They know they are and if they think something can fix them, they may be very tempted to join. They are very likely to join.
EEK!!!Wally, stay home with Holly- – -it’ll be WAY more fun.Good job, Aaron. I like Wally’s expression in panel #1, and Holly’s in panel #3. She thinks it’ll be fun, huh? Staying home is sure to be even MORE fun!
Now Now, No need for all this histeria, its just a little brain washing – who doesn’t want a clean mind? After all topsiders do it all the time- anyone for MUTT patrol?

“Renowned writer”… So, in the Endtown universe, “renowned” means “unknown”. Good to know. At the least, Alice doesn’t recognize Jack’s byline.

Sounds like an indoctrination session. Besides, I thought rabbits had good eyesight; so what is Jackrabbit doing with glasses?

I have a bad feeling about this. I don’t think Wally and Holly will leave the meeting happier than when they entered.

I guess Jacob doesn’t accept his mutation enough to dispense with his clothes and live like a real rabbit.

Yeah, I have a bad feeling about it too, but remember, just ‘cause you went, *you don’t have to stay!*

Revolution brewing in Endtown? I’m thinking this Jackrabbit is an instigator and looking to take over the city.

Why do I get the feeling Wally and Holly will have to go through some sort of 12 step program and only be able to advance by paying a “Nominal Fee”?

Self help seminar? Holly & Wally have already helped themselves and each other. Hopefully the jack—— of a rabbit’s seminar won’t derail that.

Judging by what I know of Jacob’s character, it may not be a scam, just a moment for indoctrination of people in Jacob’s particular ideas.
