Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for October 01, 1987
Transcript:
Susie: Hi, Calvin. I brought Mr. Bun over so wer can play house. You and I can be the parents, and Hobbes and Mr. Bun can be our children. Calvin: Oh, right. Hobbes and I are gonna put our big plans on hold so we can play house with a stuffed rabbit? Forget it! Susie: I don't see why you'll play with your dumb ol' tiger and now with Mr. Bun and me! You're jsut mean, that's all! Calvin: Go play in a microwave, Susie. We're busy. Girls are like slugs - they probably serve some purpose, but it's hard to imagine what. Hobbes: Mr. Bun seem comatose. Did you notice?

Why is Suzy calling Hobbes a “Dumb ol’ tiger” when she was the one who invited Hobbes to her birthday party?

It’s too bad that there’s not a Calvin & Hobbes/The Loud House crossover. Calvin and Lana would’ve hit it off in a heartbeat.
