Andre seems to have become larger. Very very large.

Beware the little ones like Dill when the Green-eyed Monster (Iago, in Othello,III.3.166) rises up within! Beware, Andre the Giant! While Petey ruminates, Andre goes boldly where no kid [among this cast] has gone before, to seek out this strange new life-form, this wasp!

I’m so excited!

How could you not see Andre, Alice?

Andre will swat it and become Alice’s hero.

But I’m sure they encounter so many W.A.S.P.s in their cul de sac…He’s just mulling…it…over…w-.a-.s-.p.. What Grog said. Is it even humanly possible to not see Andre when he is within one acre of you.You cannot let this slide, Dil! Use that diabolical finger-clasp!

I am curious as well as to Dill’s inability to see Andre. Is he perhaps similar to Elfonso, in that he is a amalgam of non-peety like things?

Either way, Haza! For Andre. Love where this story arc is going.

Alice may only be 4, but she’s already an accomplished flirt. She totally saw Andre there. Poor Dill! I think someone has a crush on the big man. Andre is adding fuel to the fire when he appeals to Alice the “Pirate Fairy Queen”

Yes Petey, a wasp. Apparently the best action is inaction.

I think Alice has found out ‘where the wild things are’, and one of ’em is lumbering down the sidewalk.

I’m just waiting for Andre to say “Anybody want a peanut?”

That last panel perfectly encapsulates the genius of RT. A mix of pitch-perfect dialogue and very funny art. The last two strips have shown new expressions from Dill we’ve never seen before, and they’re absolutely priceless.

This plot arc is very exciting. Can’t wait to see how Dill responds to this other man in Alice’s life. Poor Dill. But when this too passes I know he’ll forgive and forget.
