God forbid they get caught doing “something”

Honestly, can you even imagine Burl in any other job?

haha. Burl has his “take home” box (b/c he’s the boss" ; a plant death competition going on; a marble guessing game for the two of them (I’m sure there’s a prize); and last (but not least) pre-scheduled sick days. I wonder if they’re hiring?

I like that they have a Miss Coffee — a Mr. Coffee was too expensive? And that they have to guess at 12 marbles.I see that dim bulb Burl is stockpiling 100 watters while he can. Easier when you can get them “free.”Florsheim Loafer indeed.

I hope Corporate doesn’t set foot in that office. Even if they’re not caught doing anything, they can gather plenty from the signs.

All they keep in the office are things to play, snacks and other ways to waste time. And even though Burl is boss, corporate would not look kindly upon his “take home” box. They obviously will never be caught doing any productive work. If corporate drops by, they will do serious reorganization.

the trouble isn’t that they’ll catch you doin’ somethin’…it’s the catch you doin’ nuthin’ that’s the problem. LOL!

Absolutely no chance corporate will ever catch Burl doing anything! Ever.

The “raw” thing looks to me like a basketball, which the colorist didn’t recognise, and made teal instead of rubber colored. (Or do they come in teal nowadays?) Anyhow, I’m thinking it says “Rawlings.”
