Fred is not your usual dog…..therefore words like “pontificating” are not uncommon. Fred listens to BBC 4 the station for “Intelligent Speech.”

Well Fred has had a busy, hard day too in all probability, gurarding the house, barking at intruders, patrolling the neighborhood with his best pals to keep it safe from any kind of invasion, making sure all is safe and secure for his family.
And this is the appreciation he gets? Being ejected from his favorite chair? Serves them right if he just quits caring for their comfort and safety.
