Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for December 01, 1992
Transcript:
Calvin: For "show and tell" today, I don't have anything to show. But I'll tell you that, when I'm at school, my mom puts on a patriotic leotard, a cape, and knee-high, high-heeled boots, and she fights crime as a super heroine. I hope you're all duly impressed. Thank you very much. Mom: That's the note his teacher sent home with him. Dad: Wow, show me that outfit sometime.

I think it’s nice he wants to see her in such an outfit; a healthy sex life is important to a marriage.

Why did his teacher send a note? Sure, he’s over-imaginative, but he’s not causing trouble.

That’s an upgrade from the evil Mom Lady.

It is nice of Calvin to describe his mom as a superheroine. :) It’s just too bad that her superpower is only being in a good mood once in a blue moon. :P
