Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson for May 25, 1993
Transcript:
Calvin: Look Hobbes, this world is kind of like TV. A casual observer might even confuse the two. But if you notice, here the colors are less intense and the people are uglier. Also, I see that several minutes can go by without a single car chase, explosion, murder or pat personal exchange. Hobbes: Why settle for less, hmm? Calvin: Shh, this is my favorite deodorant commercial.

“Pat personal exchange” is something I’ve never heard of before.

It rolls on smooth with no residue.

Does anyone at all know what “pat personal exchange” means? I can’t find it anywhere else on the entire net except for a weird cat roleplaying forum I dare not tread in.
