If you let it, oregano will take over yard.
The oregano has taken over the yard. I’m not sure how the neighbor who keeps bees for the honey feels about it, but it smells great when you hit it with the lawnmower.
I’d not be wanting to eat that oregano. I planted rosemary once and my dogs decided that was the best plant in the yard to pee on. Just sayin’.
I have my herbs planted in containers on the deck—lots of ‘em. Just love fresh herbs and they’re apparently loving our 90+ temps.
