Okay, so sometimes you said and you don't think about anything. Fine. How am I supposed to know when you're thinking about things- about the kids future, about our retirement fund, about your dad's health- things like that? You'll know by the look on my face of course.

Thinking and worrying about the future,is futile at best.Concentrate on the things you can control or change. And except that the rest is in Gods hands, and you will find peace of mind.Sorry for the sermon.

Don’t worry about the future, or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind: the kind that blindsides you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday. “Advice, like youth, probably just wasted on the young” written by Mary Schmich and published in the Chicago Tribune as a column in 1997

90% of the things you worry about, never happen. 90% of the things that happen, you don’t worry about. So, you do the right amount of worrying, but about all the wrong things.
