    Typical for this group. Many of my SCA group are also overweight and unhealthy. I’m so glad that while older than many, I suffer from no serious problems and take absoluely no medicines normally. I use salves for bites and have even done for soreness- not recently, and if I had a serious pain, I’d probably indulge myself if necessary, but I’d rather use boxes of tissues than take Sudefed year round as I use to for allergies.

    I’ll bet “mom” is probably just in her 60s (not 70s like me) and since she is mostly chairbound, overweight and unhealthy. This is a major problem in too many people. I’d like a thinner waist, but I try to be fit and my BMI and cholesterol are very good;-)
