Okay, gonna be a perfect Sunday. I am sitting in my living room, ice chest filled with beer, have a arsenal of snacks. My laptop is right next to me and i am wearing a fresh pair of depends! I am gonna kick back here, I just need to put the game on and….DAMMIT! My wife hid the remote again!
I purposely bought a 2-story house so there would always be that much excersize. I had workout today and did groceries at 3 (after bathing and lunch). Record hot today, but I’ll be going to higher country for the weekend- had to pick up some food for my mini frig in motel, so I at least don’t wind up with “fast foods”- I’ll take grapefruit, and other fruits with Greek yogurt as well as organic apples and organic salami and cheese- baby food for my bird as well as fresh corn.
Like Joy, I might not do a long “run” (probably more than 50’) because I twisted an ankle in younger years, but working out with free weights and various ankle weights can still be good for seniors to maintain general health, and I try never to be a nag with my kids and spouses like Ma.

A couch can’t be a Murphy bed — they’re flat, but a big hinge lets them fold up against a wall or into a closet.
OTOH if there were such a thing as a Murphy couch, he could fold it up into the wall with Ma in it.
