"3 pm: Flag practive ran long, almost missed bus, got home, realized I left books at school. Ran all the way abck to school. Then home, stayed up late trying to finish homework, chores, overdue science project, nails, etc." "11:20 pm: Crashed" "All right, so looking at your day, what's clear to you now?" "that I shouldn't have wasted time on the diary?"
