My worst cut down all the tall bushes so nothing but chain fencing between yards and kept it cluttered with plastic toys, 2 old mowers, and other junk that he “planned to fix”, lots of weeds-never cut or pulled. I loved the bushes because they hid it from view. When I sold the place I got him to let me plant a whole row of arborvitea along his side of the fence (because my walkway to the alley was next to fence)- He agreed because I told him they would grow straight up and not need pruning like the ones he cut down (and because I also did the watering)- and I sold back in ’98!

Oh yeah! Bought our home from a retired couple who had the yard landscaped beautifully. At one time they owned all the property up there on our hill, knew EXACTLY where all the property lines were at. Anyway, this family moves in, he had three cars and a one car garage. Decided he wanted to widen his driveway, came home from work one day, and three of our trees were cut down, and 2 of the shrubs To make a long story short, he never did get his driveway widened, and ended up paying us for all the trees and shrubs he had removed!

Then there was the neighbor, who moved into the above mentioned house after they moved. Had a “brusier” of a truck, and he went to work at 5 am. So . . . every morning at 4:30 on weekdays, he would get up, start up the truck and let it run until he left for work. Of course, the driveway is right under our bedroom window.

One more, since I’m on a roll here. Same house, young couple moved in, nearly every morning around 4 am, he would come home drunk, they would end up taking the fight out on the back porch. Yeah, you got it. NOW we have a nice family next door, FINALLY!
