Man: So how long will it take? Duke: Not long. You should have the actual card in a few weeks... in the meantime, you can enterprise some projects - lecture tours, autographed memorabilia, your memoirs, etc. You need an agent. And I know just the guy! Sid: A mass-murderer. And you thought of me. Duke: Okay, I'll owe you one. Happy?

Meh..Just mention $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ — {indirectly outta yer great great great great great great grandkids’ pockets via added debt, thank you very much Mr. Ronald Reagan Sir, who tripled the national debt and set in motion the GOPinoid orgasmic BORROW ‘n’ spend spree that lasts [and threatens to keep on lasting (via GOPinoid Rick Perry, next U.S. President) till the Lord comes]} — and and that unfallen face’ll light up like a thermonuclear lightbulb. .Can’t happen? Not three Bushinoids from Texas in so short a time?.Heh heh heh. Wait! I got something stuck in my throat. That’s better. It’s out..Heh heh heh heh heh heh. Gasp. Heh heh heh.

Prediction: Mr. President Rick Perry Sir’s nickname, among disaffected i-net users, will be Bush III. This moniker will last long after his eight, count ’em, eight years in office with more outsourcing of jobs, and into the history books till the 3rd and 4th generation.

It’s after 2:00 AM on the Pacific coast, and I awoke because of my GBS (look it up). Thought I’d check Doonesbury. I was expecting to see a negative reply or two against my Rick for Pres prediction. No fish on the hooks. But, since I had my answer prepared in advance, I’ll give it to you anyway:.He’s gonna win because the American people haven’t suffered enough yet. Oh, they will, they will. But not yet enough, to be fully awake, not Pearl-Harbor awake in any case. So, "As a dog returneth to his vomit, so a [Republicans and other voters] returneth to [their] folly (Prov. 26:11) — a THIRD folly from Texas. Pres. Rick Perry by name, Bush III, who will try to stuff more Fed. $$$$$$$$ (read: hot-air money) into his buddies’ mouths in order to stimulate them to e-ship more of YOUR jobs away to India and China. Sorry, but that’s the way I see it. Back to bed. —dtπ

Remember, all, that Jesus worked hard all his ministry long to save the Publicans and Sinners. And, praise be, he did manage to save the Sinners.

I must have missed a series or two. When did Sid develop scruples?

As long as we identify corruption and greed with one and not the other of the two main parties, we will continue to flounder.

With Tim Pawlenty out of the presidential race, it is now fairly clear that the GOP candidate will either be Mitt Romney or someone who makes George W. Bush look like Tom Paine. Of the three most plausible candidates for the Republican nomination, two are deeply associated with a theocratic strain of Christian fundamentalism known as Dominionism. If you want to understand Michele Bachmann and Rick Perry, understanding Dominionism isn’t optional.
Put simply, Dominionism means that Christians have a God-given right to rule all earthly institutions.

NOW he’s wearing a tie! I think he’d be getting that green card sooner if he’d worn it earlier.

They are all hoping to get the VP job when Romney gets the nomination. Relatives in TX have had nothing good to say about Perry over the last decade.

The proper response is, “They started businesses, got rich and got even.”

Just remember if you can sell a product with “Shock and awe” as a motto, PR can make any press,“good press”. Ethics was ventilated out of the box a long time ago.

Of interest:………………………I see a fundamental inconsistency between Perry’s concerted opposition to government social programs and his promotion of himself as a Christian politician…. ¶ Christ teaches us to feed the hungry and care for the sick, not to abandon them. Perhaps Gov. Perry hasn’t read that part of the Bible where Christ admonishes us to care for “the least among us.” ………………………Source: Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, “Is Rick Perry as Christian as He Thinks He Is?”. .

Anybody ever listen to “Marketplace” on NPR? Just heard on “Marketplace” news that there are “oceans” of cash overbrimming national and multinational banks and other multinational corporations. Not to mention the accounts of superwealthy one percenters. Upshot:.While all the candidates (including Obama) and wannabes are yapping, “jobs jobs jobs”, “Marketplace” reports that all that cash, if going anywhere (and much of it’s going nowhere), is going into “mergers and acquisitions” and NOT, REPEAT NOT, going into hiring or jobs creation or anything close..So what is all this “jobs jobs jobs” jabber meant to accomplish? I would guess: “votes votes votes”..And that’s the beginning, the middle, and the end of the story. At least for years and years and years to come.

According to this:.http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2011/08/rick-perry-manly-man/243621/.Mr. Pres. Candidate Rick Perry Sir, must be an arrogant bass turd or at least brass turd. Then, again, it was written by a woman. And by now the DEMob’s robot has to be on the attack, planting such stories. So, go ahead and think I’m gullible, if you want, just not too terribly.

On the 11th i said this:“Any bets his new employer won’t be Sid Kibbitz?”Technically I wouldn’t have lost that bet (agent <> employer), but I didn’t think even Duke would walk that tightrope.Would Trff consider managing a McFriendly’s?
