Nancy walks over to Luann's bed as Luann remains hidden under the sheets. Nancy asks, "Luann, aren't you going to school?" Luann replies, "No." Nancy asks, "What's wrong, honey? A cold?" Luann, still hiding half her face, responds, "Worse." Nancy asks, "Flu?" Luann says, "Worse." Luann removes the blanket from her face and reveals a zit. Nancy remarks, "What? A blemish?" Luann frantically exclaims, "'Blemish'?! Mother, it's the godzilla of zits!!"
