    Looks like my comment to Trynn this morning got deleted. I said, “The customer might not be right and if you don’t pretend it, might not be a customer at all.” I got that from Stanley Marcus, who probably lost millions with that philosophy, but gained far more. And in the spirit of true philanthropy, shared much of it with Dallas – without his name being on it.

    I never got that “The customer is always right” thing. I mean, they also use the left and center cashouts, if these cashouts are open. Or do stores in the US only have cashouts on the right side?
